Zone perimiter guarding consists of a range of standard posts, panels, joining components and electrical interlocks that combine perfectly to provide perimiter guarding for industrial safety applications.

Standardised dimensions and components ensure the system is easy to configure and painless to install. It is reusable and reconfigurable. The range of mounting hardware allows for panels to be mounted as either fixed panels, hinged or sliding doors. The brackets allow panels to rotate on posts offering a system that can be installed to form a circle as easily as a straight line.

A new extruded aluminium post has been added to the range of steel and stainless steel posts. "T slots" formed in the extrusion allow panel and hinge brackets to be fitted anywhere along the post and on all four sides allowing complete flexibility.

The panel brackets allow for easy installation and adjustment of panels and for multiple panels to be used on the same post. They are available for a variety of panel framing materials.

Hinge brackets allow for panels to be utilised as doors. The standard hinge bracket allows the door to close flush to the front or rear of the post or along its centreline making access interlocking easy.

Post feet are screwed to the post and are available in a variety of designs and materials.

Mouting brackets for interlock switches and door latch hardware are easily fitted and adjusted.
